Admission\u00a0Packet for Residential\/Outpatient<\/strong> Treatment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The CCS Residential Treatment center is located in Kingsport, TN. CCS Outpatient Treatment Facilities are located in Kingsport, Bristol and Greeneville.\u00a0Person-centered treatment\u00a0programs are offered at all locations to men,\u00a0women, and adolescents. Treatment length of stay varies with each individual and is determined\u00a0by using the criteria from the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Level of Care.\u00a0For residential treatment the average length of stay is 30 days for adults.<\/p>\n

Payment options include: Private Insurance, Tenncare, Self Pay, or an approved Grant.<\/p>\n
