CCS is very proud of being able to serve and make a difference in our community and those affected by substance abuse for 40 years. CCS was established in 1970 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for the treatment of alcohol and drug abuse. CCS is licensed by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health, and governed by a Board of Directors. CCS is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Our mission is to reduce the impact of substance abuse in Tennessee and enhance the ability of our consumers and their families to succeed in life by becoming and remaining drug free.
